Puebla
The coffee we offer comes from the Sierra Norte of Puebla, in the municipality of Xicotepec. The farm where the Cafe Mil400 Altitud beans are produced has an altitude of 800 meters above sea level at the lowest point and 1,100 meters at the highest point. Due to the mountainous topography, our coffee is classified as strictly high-altitude coffee, meaning only beans harvested above 1,000 meters above sea level.
